At the beginning of 2009 Horizons launches a totally new product for the Bulgarian HR consultancy market.
The idea bhind the new product HR Manager is to outsource the entire activity of personnel management to external HR service provider. Horizons provides the experience of its experts in different fields of HR as a subscription service to companies, which don't employ dedicated HR person or where the HR responsible needs more help for internal HR process without hiring new staff members.
