New Edition of Strategic Sales Workshop

STRATEGICS SALES WORKSHOP - NEW EDITION

Horizons Development in partnership with Infoteam Bulgaria will conduct for the second time a half-day workshop with focus on Strategic Sales.

The workshop will consist of 2 sessions, 2 hours each. In session one will be discussed how the well structured and managed sales process can increase the sales staff productivity and what is the role of the management.

Second part is practical and will present the “ideal” sales process and specific steps to be followed.

The workshop is for CEOs, Commercial Directors, Sales Managers and anyone responsible for business development and long term competitiveness of the company.
