Our team consists of experienced business oriented consultants with strong professional background in identifying and attracting professional talent, career management and labour market research,training, development organizational change and project management. Each of us is experienced in the area of human capital, has managed teams, processes or business unit.

MILEN IVANOV is Managing Partner of Jordan Sheppard Executive Search and Horizons Search & Selection for Balkans for 5 years. He graduated Marketing in UNWE and distance MBA of City University of of Seattle in Bulgaria, certified consultant in organisational development by the standards of Human Synergistics. Milen has experience in marketing and sales and has worked for international companies in telecommunications and production. He has been awarded with the prize "Young enterpreneur of the year 2003" and Award for Creativity and Innovation at the Finals of World Young Business Achiever in Istanbul.

NIKOLAI NIKOLOV has more than 9 years experience in HR field in companies like Cornerstone, HVB Bank Biochim, Hebros Bank and UniCredit Bulbank as Recruitment & Assesment Manager. He has participated to different projects with training, performance appraisal, personnel evaluation, change management, internship programs, induction and integration of new staff members. He possesses experience in direct search and executive search of top management personnel. His focus is on personnel recruitment and evaluation, talent management and career management.

SVETOSLAVA GEORGIEVA is Recruitment Consultant. She has joined the team of Horizons year 2008. She holds Master degree in Applied Psychology and has presented a paper on Assertive Behavior at the International Congress of Psychology, Berlin. Svetoslava has worked for international companies in the financial sector such as ESS and Societe Generale Expressbank, where she was responsible for the different aspects of the recruitment process. Her focuses are financial and accounting, FMCG and production industries.

VASIL ANDREEV is training assistant at HORIZONS Development and consultant at Human Synergistics Bulgaria. He joined the team in March 2009. Since then he is developing in fields of training activities. Although with accomplished technical education, he likes to work with people and processes. He focuses on trainings and staff potential development. Vasko is mostly interested in "sales" and "management" topics as well as organizational culture/effectiveness diagnosis and development.
 

ANELIA SPASOVA is Operations and Business Development Manager in Human Synergistics Bulgaria and participates in assessment and development projects for Horizons. She has over 6 years experience in operations management and sales of financial services in the non-banking sector; setting up and expanding business operations; branch and sales network development. In the HR field she has been responsible for internal HR - recruitment, training, performance management and spent 2 years working for a training program of USAID designed for municipal administration. She graduated English and American Studies at Sofia University. Her current focus is organizational diagnosis and organizational development.

MARIA TANEVA  is Horizons' Human Resources and Administrative Manager. She is responsible for the smooth process and people management in the centralized back office. Maria's background is Accounting and Finance and her duties in the company include all financial management tasks, accounting process management, payroll and administration of the Horizons' staff. She is responsible for th internal communication, performance appraisal, HR policy and new employees induction.

ROSEN KOSTURKOV is Horizons' Regional Manager for South-Central Region with Center Plovdiv. He manages all HR services offering for the region - search & selection, training and organizational development consultancy.

LATINKA DIMITROVA is Recruitment Consultant in Plovdiv office. She completed Bachelor degree in Marketing at Plovdiv University Paisiy Hilendarski. Magdalena started her career in FMCG area. She was associate with French and English at Bulgarian-American company with head office in the USA. ANNA PANCHEVA is Horizons`s Regional Manager for North-Central Region with Center Russe. After graduating University of Veliko Tarnovo in Specialty History Geography, she obtained her Master degree in Finance. She has more than 5 years experience in the field of consultative dynamic sales in companies like Metro and M-Tel. She gains professional experience as a Purchasing Manager in Kaolin AD. Anna is IRCA Certified Lead Auditor of Quality Systems to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Series. She manages all HR services offering for the region - search & selection, training and organizational development consultancy.
