Viara Lazarova has master degree on Philosophy and Psychology as well as specialization on Organizational Psychology, Organizational culture and Human Resources. She works as a consultant and trainer in the above mentioned areas for more than 10 years and for that time has designed and implemented more than 600 trainings and workshops with business groups, in the field of education, the NGO sector, for the government and the local authorities in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Her main competencies are focused on developing creative and interactive tailor made modules and programs, adapted to the specific needs of the clients; designing and conducting Training of Trainers Programs; interpersonal and corporative communications; organizational psychology; effective communication and conflict management; personal development trainings; consultations in the field of effective Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management.
